Q: Shipping Options
What carriers do you use for shippers?
A:
Right now, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We do so to ensure that your products arrive fast and fresh! May-September our shipping options will change as we will only ship chocolate for overnight delivery, due to warm weather. We want to receive your product intact and not melted.
If you are only ordering personalized letters, please use the personalized letter shipping option since those are mailed separately via first class mail. If you have ordered personalized letters in addition to other items, just choose the priority shipping.
Q: Using additional artwork
What types of photos or artwork will you accept?
A:
We accept all personal photos. We will not accept any professional photos unless it is accompanied by a signed release. Any photo, artwork or logo should be in jpeg or png format and emailed to us at sewkandi@kandiswraps.com.
Q: Proofs
How will I know what the wrapper will look like?
A:
Once you place your order, we will email you a proof of your wrapper within 24 hours. Once the proof is approved, your order will be processed and shipped.
Q: Pricing
What does the price of your candy bars include?
A:
The price covers the wrapper, foil, and the chocolate bar. While most candy wrappers will charge additional fees to add a photo or logo, we don't. We will incorporate your photo or logo at no charge.

When will my order ship?
A:
Orders will be completed and shipped within 48-72 hours, after the proof has been approved by the customer. Proofs are emailed to customer within 24 hours after order has been received and paid for.
Q: Shipping Methods
How do you ship your items?
A:
If you have ordered any chocolate items, they will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. The time of year also plays a big part. During summer months all chocolate items will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air complete with ice packs. There will be an additional $10.00 shipping cost. We also offer a customer pickup option for customers in the Cleveland area. Please call us at 866-880-7902, if you have selected this delivery method.
